Oven cook the bacon until crispy. Blend half the avocado with the
soured cream and season with the lemon juice and salt and pepper. Chop
and add the remaining avocado and sundried tomatoes.
Chop the parsley and basil and add this to the mixture.
Spread the bread with a thick layer of the avocado mixture and then with bacon.
Add a layer of prawns.
Top with another slice of bread spread with the avocado mixture. |
